I. ORDERING —————————
💠 All items we sell are 100% OFFICIAL and imported direct from KOREA for KR Albums and from JAPAN for JP Albums.💠 STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION of order/s once we have received your payment.💠 NO PAYMENT REFUND.💠 DELAYED PAYMENT FEE is PHP 50 per day after the due date and will automatically be added to your total amount to pay.💠 NO TO BOGUS BUYER or JOY RESERVERS or JOY MINERS, or else you will automatically be blocked through our social media platforms.💠 Please provide correct and accurate information to avoid conflicts or any inconvenience.💠 Order will be processed once the payment has been received.💠 TOTAL ISF will be based by per box and CANNOT BE COMBINED with the next box.
II. SHIPPING & DELIVERY ———
💠 Our available couriers: SCO (Shopee Checkout), direct J&T, and direct GGX (Gogo Xpress)💠 For SDD (Same-Day-Delivery), there will be a certain day that we can accept SDD and will only depends on the availability of our staff/s.💠 Albums with poster tube are only available for "SCO" or Shopee Checkout unless you are willing to pay higher shipping fee for direct J&T and direct GGX💠 For SCO (Shopee Checkout), we are not liable if the item has been labeled as "lost parcel" or any damage because of improper handling of the courier. CHECKOUT AT YOUR OWN RISK.💠 We are labeling all the parcels/packages with "FRAGILE"💠 We are not liable to any dents or damages you will be receiving.💠 We do not accept refund or discount to items that are damaged and to the parcel lost.💠 Please be informed that we have no control if your items are facing delays due to the following reasons such as natural disaster, climate change, local and international holidays, etc.💠 NORMAL ETA might take longer than we are expecting. So we ask for your patience.
III. ITEMS WE WILL BE RECEIVING
💠 We are not liable if all items that had arrived to our shop have dents, damage, or any marks.💠 We do not accept refund or discount to all the damaged items as we are not liable to the mishandling of courier in Korea or by the cargo from Korea to PH.
IV. OTHER CONDITIONS ———
💠 We not responsible if we had made transaction with a fraudulent merchant for purchasing assistance.
💠 We are NOT liable for any missing or damaged items that you have ordered or whatever you have received.
💠 We are not liable for any damaged/lost items that are caused by the shipping courier.
💠 ALL items are non-refundable in case of fire, water leak, any accident or force majeure at the KR Address/PH Address, or while in transit to PH address/buyer's address.
V. OTHER SERVICES —————
💠 We offer more services aside from PH GROUP ORDERS. Our other services are: ♦ BOX SHARING / KR ADDRESS RENTAL. Please check our separated T&Cs for this service via this link.

♦ PURCHASING ASSISTANCE. All T&Cs mentioned above and below will be applied to this service.
— Assistance Fee:
> For ₩100k and below worth of purchase = ₩ 6,000 per checkout;
> For ₩100k and above worth of purchase = ₩ 10,000 per checkout.
— Conversion rate of ₩ 1,000 = PHP 44.5
— Payment for the items to be ordered would be PAYO (Pay as you Order). We will purchase your item once we have received your payment.
— Payment for ISF (International Shipping Fee) will be collected once the items have arrived at our PH Address.
— LSF (Local Shipping Fee) is excluded on the quotation and will be done by separate transaction.
VI. CLAIMING OF ORDER ———
💠 For PRE-ORDER, we are not liable if you fail to claim your order within one (1) month subsequent to our message or notification of album/item arrival at our shop. When one (1) month have passed, unclaimed order will automatically listed as FOR SALE.💠 For PAID ONHAND, we are not liable if you fail to claim your order within fifteen (15) days subsequent to your sent proof of payment or payment receipt of your ordered item from our shop. When fifteen (15) days have passed, unclaimed order will automatically DISPOSED or listed as RESALE. ** days include weekends and holidays

However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
